1. Intellectual Property & Usage
We've spent years curating our educational resources at LuminaLearn. All course materials, including video lectures, digital manuscripts, and workshop handbooks, remain our exclusive property. You're granted a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Do you know how much effort goes into transcribing 16th-century Italian documents? Our scholars work tirelessly to ensure accuracy, so we don't permit unauthorized distribution or reproduction of any syllabus content.
Course Enrollment
Enrolling in our professional development tracks requires valid identification and accurate personal data. We reserve the right to verify credentials for advanced historical research workshops.
Refund & Cancellation
Life happens. If you need to withdraw, we offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course modules have been accessed.
2. Conduct & Community
Our forums are spaces for rigorous academic debate. We don't tolerate harassment. Our faculty believes in a pedagogy that values diverse perspectives on world history. If you're looking for a platform that prioritizes historical accuracy over hearsay, you've come to the right place. Have you reviewed our code of conduct yet? Violation of these standards may lead to termination of your access without refund.
3. Limitation of Liability
While LuminaLearn strives for absolute precision in every Renaissance history course, historical interpretations vary. We're not liable for any specific academic outcomes or the results of external certifications based on our training. Our workshops are designed for enrichment and professional development; they don't constitute a legal degree from a traditional university unless specifically stated in collaboration with our partners.
